During this plan, you will eliminate trigger foods from your diet in the first 28 days and record your results. After the first 28 days are passed, and the all of the trigger foods are out of your system, you will gradually start to add your usual foods back in and record the impact these foods have on your body in our app.
The actual duration of this plan is 66 days! Representing our very best value plan day for day.
As the name of this plan suggests, it is quite restrictive.
However, we are not talking about eliminating all foods here! You will be supported with several meals throughout the day, and rather than eliminate all foods you will merely be eliminating foods known to cause negative reactions in many people.
Whilst on this plan you will be eliminating dairy, fish, seafood, gluten, legumes, nuts, corn, nightshades, eggs, sugar, latex producing foods and fruits.
The meal plan is comprised of some very yummy smoothies and gluten-free foods. This makes it ideal for identifying food sensitivities and making real progress.
